After a late start watching Lance, we had a nice pleasant day of riding. The plan was to have a short day to Huron but since it was Saturday and Huron is a beach town next to the largest amusement park in America, we kept going. We found a motel/RV site that wanted to charge us $30 for a tent site amongst all of these overcrowded lots filled with huge machines. We remembered John's story about how when he was younger he would turn down expensive rooms/sites and just keep riding. We did the same. I called ahead and found a room for $40 not too far down the road. It was a beautiful night for riding so Eddie and I didn't mind the extended distance. Arriving at 7:30pm, we watched the Untouchables, showered and finally went to bed.
Breakfast at the White House helped satiate our appetites before starting the day around 11:30am. We approached the Lake Erie and the population density sky rocketed. Cleveland and its outlying towns were the most populous areas that we passed through on the trip. It took some time getting used to the urban environment again.
